Community Work Placements

Community Work Placements

The Community Work Placement programme is part of the government’s Help to Work initiative designed to support those that are unemployed and those that have significant barriers to entering employment.

We support people into high quality work experience placements in real working environments that offer benefits to the local community.

We are working with the best local organisations to host high quality placements. Each participant will have a personal advisor who will support them with job search and interview practice to help them use the experience of their placement to achieve permanent employment.

Would you like to be a Placement Host?

Your role as a placement host will support participants to make this journey by providing them with a stimulating placement.
